Happy What I Ate Wednesday!
Wednesdays are seeming to come around super quickly! Don’t ya think?
We figured out that the reason why I have been feeling so sick and have no appetite. I have another H Pylori infection. Eating as often as I usually do has been a challenge, so I’m eating lots of food at once and making it count! Whenever I eat, I get very nauseated due to the bacteria in my gut, so I try to limit the times I put food in my mouth! So sorry for the yet again weird WIAW. Hopefully, I’ll be back to normal next week!!
I did make a Healthy(ish) Halloween Treat this week!
I have also been drinking Lauren’s Pumpkin Pie Steamer in the mornings. So good!
I had a fantastic Tex Mex meal. I threw together a bunch of leftovers: rice, okra, broccoli, beans, roasted cushaw, spinach, tomatoes with jalapenos, cilantro and hot sauce. I also ended up adding avocado. Lunch just isn’t complete without avocado! Right???

We have been trying to eat earlier so that I don’t have food sitting on my stomach when I go to bed at night.
We had one of the best meals I have had in a while. Roasted acorn squash stuffed with rice, lentils, apples, and spinach. To die for.
I have been trying not to eat before bed (but I usually lose that battle). Tonight I made Luvy’s favorite cookie. I made it a wee bit different to try to make it a bit healthier for him.
