I’ve been in a meal rut for a while now. Do you ever get that way?
I feel like I make the same 5 meals over and over and over. With spring here, I know we will be doing lots of grilling, which I’m really excited about.
Until we dig out our grill, I decided to dig through the ol’ blog here and find some meals I hadn’t had in a while and make those.
Simple Love Grown Oatmeal. Work day so it had to be quick!
Power bowl. No kale or quinoa but I did throw in something green and potatoes! I also mixed it up and put one egg on top and one on bottom.
I hate when I’ve eaten all the egg and there is still veggies left! 🙂
I’m all over some tangelos and salted cashews.
I made some of my Lentil Enchiladas. I haven’t made these in ages! I need to redo the recipe for you all with better pictures. I’ll put that on my to-do list. 🙂
It’s not a pretty meal, but it sure is delicious!
I have been craving my Aunt Dixie’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie for weeks. I have yet to find a good gluten free graham cracker crust, so I just finally broke down and made it without a crust. You wouldn’t be interested in that recipe too would you?
It isn’t “healthy” at all… but so healthy for the soul!
Happy What I Ate Wednesday!!
A very special thanks to Jenn for the link up.
What is your healthy for your soul food??
