Hey friends! You all know I love surveys, and I recently saw this one on a couple of my favoriteblogs. You all know me… I was itching to do it. Since I shared my fitness routine with you all not too long ago, it is amazing how my answers to these questions have changed in the past couple of months!
This or That?
1. Run/workout in the heat and humidity or freezing temps and snow?
Give me heat any day over cold. I can’t take the cold!!

2. Have washboard abs or flat abs?
I like to look toned, but not washboard. Leave that to the men ladies. So, I guess I’ll go with flat abs?
3. Dr. Oz or The Doctors?
Neither?? Lol… If I had to choose it would be Dr. Oz because he does have some good nutritional advice and he offers naturopathic options.
4. Cardio or strength?
I used to be a cardio junkie! Now I really enjoy strength. I’m learning that muscle is so important to women!
5. Cravings: Protein or carbs?
I would say carbs. Mostly because they are a vehicle for me to eat my nut butter with! Lol!

6. Jillian Michaels or Bob Harper?
I love both, but I would have to pick Bob. I love his yoga dvd and his Bob’s workout DVD (which I miss!!). Plus my girl Kirstin gets to workout with him!
7. Frozen Yogurt or Ice Cream?
Well since I can’t have the real of either… I will say Coconut Milk Ice Cream!! There is nothing better IMHO.

8. To train: Upper body or Lower body?
I like lower body because it is cardio and weights at the same time, but I love the look I get by working upper body!
9. Protein powder or food with protein?
I love my Sunwarrior, but I try to get my protein from real food sources like beans, salmon, eggs, and nuts!

10. Lunges or squats?
Call me crazy but lunges!! Love the burn!
11. Sweet or salty?
Unsalted nut butter?? lol.. I guess sweet? I don’t crave much of either.
12. Workout attire: cute or comfy?
Comfy… but I workout at home! No one cares what I look like there!
13. Body Pump or Heavy lifting?
I so want to take a Body Pump class!!
14. Yoga or Pilates?
Pilates! I feel the burn the next day even!
15. Nike or Adidas?
Nike!
16. Running on the treadmill or outdoors?
Outdoors! I get bored on a treadmill!

17. Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s?
Both. Whole Foods carries lots of things Trader Joe’s doesn’t. Trader Joe’s is easier on my wallet though!
18. Summer or Winter Olympics?
Summer Olympics! I love gymnastics, swimming, and diving!
19. Exercises classes or Exercise videos?
I don’t have a gym membership, so I love videos. I love that I can do them at home… for free! I do love classes though.
20. Steamed veggies or roasted veggies?
Steamed is easier and faster, but I much prefer roasted!

Whole Foods – I had higher expectations for Trader Joe’s and I never quite got over it.

There are only a few things I get at Trader Joe’s, but those few things are great!

Heat always over cold.
Roasting over steamed (I roast batches at a time and eat over several days).
Carbs (I laughed at that comment though – precisely), in fruit if nothing else!

oh yes!! Have you tried the warrior blend?
YES! I sort of like the original vanilla better but it’s good.
Oh these things are so fun! I definitely would rather take an exercise class than watch a video…I just get more motivated being around other people and an in person instructor! Hope you’ve had a great day girl!
