Haddock was a new fish for me to cook.
I’m so thankful that Sizzlefish has introduced me to so many new to me fish! I had eaten haddock before, but never cooked it. Honestly, I get nervous cooking new to me items. Anyone else like that?
It couldn’t have been more simple! Honestly, it cooked up perfectly. Plus, sriracha is just plain delicious. You can’t make things too spicy for Luvy and me.
The sriracha glaze would be delicious with any fish or even chicken! I plan on trying it with salmon next.
- 2 filets of haddock (or other fish)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sriracha
- Mix together lemon juice through sriracha.
- Pour 3/4 over fish. Leave some to drizzle once cooked.
- Cook on 350 for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through to your liking.
Sriracha Haddock is the perfect transition to fall meal, because it is so versatile on the sides you can do with it.
Of course, I highly recommend my Spicy Mexican Cauliflower Rice with it!
Have a Marvelous Monday friends!
