Green smoothies are perfect for St. Patty’s Day, right?? So pretty and green! 😉
I don’t know what it is, but lately I’m craving smoothies!
The weather has been all over the place here, so I know it isn’t that. I think my body is just ready for spring.
Smoothies are just so easy when you don’t have a lot of time, and I can eat/ drink it while holding a baby! 🙂
Plus, it doesn’t hurt that Twinlab sent me their new Clean Series Veggie Protein to try!
The protein is certified gluten free, Non- GMO, banned substance tested, and no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners!
It is a mix of protein from yellow peas, sprouted brown rice, chlorella, and black chia seeds. It also contains 3.7g of branch chain amino acids to help support muscle growth.
From their website:
Vegetarian athletes aren’t forced to compromise any longer! This athlete-inspired vegetarian formula features protein from yellow peas, sprouted brown rice, chlorella and black chia seeds, and then it’s infused with an enzyme blend to help ease digestion. And you won’t believe how delicious a vegetable blend protein powder can be after trying Twinlab® CleanSeries Veggie Protein. In addition to a well-balanced flavor, we’ve added black chia seeds for a little texture we think you’ll love.
