I’ve never understood those people who say they can’t eat because they are stressed. I’m like… give me a shovel!
Yesterday, I co-taught my first barre class. I only taught the first 10 minutes, but I was so stinking nervous! It is so true that you don’t remember anything that happened after you teach. Seriously, it was like an alien came and took over my body for those 10 minutes. It was a total out of body experience. I loved it though! I teach again on Thursday… anyone want to come??

Threw together a red curry stir fry really quick when I got home from barre.
I was able to eat it while chasing Baby D around the front yard. #win
