How is January gone already??
Times is whizzing by me and I feel like I’m constantly shocked about the date.
January was a rest and relax month for me. I am trying to decrease stress, and allow my body and mind to relax after being in school pretty much my entire life!
Looking back at those posts I have come to a few conclusions.
1. I did a lot of deep thinking in January.
2. I didn’t do much in the kitchen.
3. I love having a trainer to give me my workouts from day to day!
In case you missed them, here are my favorite posts from January.

It looks like you had a great January! How is Boot Camp going by the way? I am interested in maybe doing the next session!
I need to email you by the way! I saw you left a comment on my blog that we may have something in common… I would love to get your perspective girl!
I love these recaps because I missed a few posts, so it’s great to go back and read them! You had a great month!
I loved your are you being consumed and controlled post too, got that one bookmarked!
I can’t believe January’s over either! Nutty!
Looks like January was a great month for you, here’s to another awesome one!
I have to agree that January flew by! It does mean we are one month closer to summer though so of course I’m excited about that
The consumed and controlled post was definitely my favorite too, although I liked all of your deep thinking, and that green curry was inspiration for me to finally pick up some (red) curry paste and remake a Thai favorite of my own!
I meant to tell you I’ve officially switched completely to Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk after your carrageenan post, so informative!
My favorite thing is that I got a really good bonus at work
Looks like a wonderful and reflective month for you!
Where exactly did January go??? My favorite part was probably running the Ragnar Relay in Key West! So much fun!
Getting back into the kitchen – you and me both! Besides baking obscene amounts of cookies, I haven’t really been all that creative with my meals, and I feel like that needs to change. As for my favorite part of January… definitely my birthday
That and the whole fresh start of a new year feeling.
