Happy Tuesday!! I hope everyone survived this past Monday. Was it just me, or was Monday a doozy??
I talked to you all a while ago about how I am decreasing the intensity of my exercising… remember? Well, I told you all that I have been doing a lot of yoga, pilates, and other youtube videos. Well, I thought for the next couple of weeks I would share some “Get Fit With Me” posts where I share some of my favorite at home workout videos.
I’m too cheap to join a gym, and I get distracted at my church’s gym. Videos are a great way for me to stay engaged and active!
Now, you all have NO EXCUSE for not workout out! ;) Some of these videos I don’t do anymore since they are higher in intensity, but you all can enjoy them!
Today is all about Strength Videos on YouTube
The Butt Bible Lower Levels 1-3 and Upper Levels 1-3. These are killer on the tush! I still do both of the level 1′s every now and then. Plus, Pauline Nordin is super motivating!
