Friday Five

TGIF!!  

Fridays are my favorite day of the week I’m pretty sure.

Fridays are also my ‘get things done’ day.  I love marking things off my list.  Today’s list is a big one, so here we go!

1.  I slept in this morning until 8:30.  Go me!  My body has been needing rest.  I usually can’t sleep past 8am.

2.  I’m still coughing up a lung from being sick.  The doctor told me that it can take 6-8 weeks to fully recover.  I’m at week 4.  I’m sick of being sick!!

3.  Joshua is coming over for dinner tonight so we can catch up with him.

I can’t stinking wait!  His girlfriend, Brianna can’t make it.

4.  My lats are still sore from Monday’s BBB weight session.  Thanks Tina!  I can’t wait to give you all an update next week after having a full week under my belt!

5.  I have a very important meeting today that I can’t wait to tell you all about!!!  :)

I can’t wait to share my weekend with you all on Monday.  I’m so excited for all the fun things we have planned!!

Hey girl, hey! I am VERY intrigued by this meeting…

Sounds like you have a FABULOUS weekend planned. Most of my friends are out of town, and I have a very ‘free’ weekend ahead, but with beautiful weather in the forecast (after today’s rain). I’m hoping to take advantage of it with a run or two…and maybe spend some time reading the FOUR books I have out from the library. [Of course, I always say I'm going to read and then can't sit still!]

I’m with you on sleeping in, girlie – I can’t ever seem to do, even if my body is exhausted. The best I can do is 7, and that’s usually only if I end up going to bed around 2. But that’s what afternoon naps are for, right?

don’t you just love our day off?! I tried BodyPump for the first time this morning and it was awesome! We’re having friends from Church over tomorrow for Brunch so I’m going to clean up the house this afternoon. Enjoy the rest of your day off:)

1. it is icy cold out here. Painfully so.
2. I am so off my balance this week that it is my priority to go into next week better.
3. I am thrilled it is Friday, this week couldn’t end soon enough.

I am behind in homework, so that will be a big part of my weekend. Can’t wait to hear about your meeting!

Lucky duck sleeping in! I definitely have felt the need to get more sleep but haven’t had the opportunity… I mean with all those TV shows being back on it’s hard to go to bed early and then gotta wake up for work :P Thank goodness it’s the weekend, hopefully I’ll get some extra zzz’s too! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

We’re going snowboarding again this weekend and snowing right now to make sure we have some pretty powder to ride on. That’s every weekend since November, so it’s not different, but super fun. I love colorado. :)

Ugh 4 weeks of sickness!? That is HORRIFIC!! I am so sorry. My bug was gone in just under 2 weeks and I thought that was bad!! GET better soon!!

Hope you are on the tail end of this cold – not fun!

I’m spending a few hours with a friend in a cozy coffee shop tomorrow (the best afternoons, ever) and working a few hours on Sunday at my friend’s boutique.

Happy you were able to get some much needed rest. I’m too still dealing w/ this lingering cold/flu… and girl, I’m with you I’m ready for it to be GONE!!
