I can tell it’s Friday! I’m having a hard time getting motivated over here.
For some reason, my body would not get out of bed this morning. I’m blaming it on the nasty weather over here. 😉

Talking about #fitfluential, I’ve decided to change up my workout routine yet again. My chest and triceps are still sore from my Wednesday workout!
You know how I told you all my toenails were falling off?? Well, I have been wearing my running shoes too tight. They said it is a mistake that lots of dancers make. We are used to our shoes needing to be tight.
I needed to go up an entire size!! Whoops.
Yesterday, I Instgramed my Pumpkin Protein Ice Cream snack. I had several requests for the recipe.
This is certainly a #fitfluential snack!
Pumpkin Protein Ice Cream
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1/4-1/2 cup pumpkin (your preference)
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to taste
Add all into mini food processor or blender. Blend until thick and like an ice cream texture.
Top with pumpkin pie spice and toasted almonds!
