In the spirit of my Plant Fusion giveaway, I thought I would share my everyday protein green smoothie with you all.
Lately, I have not been wanting a heavy breakfast.
You all know I have a wonky stomach anyways, so I try to honor my belly!
Protein smoothies have been my go-to breakfast lately.
Even though it is freezing outside, my body craves a smoothie every morning.
- 1 frozen banana
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1-1.5 cups non-dairy milk or water
- 1 tsp Maca
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 scoop Plant Fusion protein (or protein of choice)
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (optional- makes the smoothie smoother)
- large handful of spinach
I top mine with more hemp seeds for texture… and because it is pretty. 😉
Super fast, super easy, and super delicious!
It keeps me full for hours…. and keeps my belly happy.
