Candy Corn Burning, Killer Hill Workout

Thank you all so much for your sweet comments on yesterday’s post.  You all know how to make a girl feel like a million bucks!  :)

Did any of you spend the day glued to the TV to see what Sandy was going to do like we did?

My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by the storm.  My family was supposed to get a blizzard, but no one got anything but cold rain.

Since it has been so cold out, and now it is raining!  I have been taking my walks inside.  I hate the dreadmill.  Anyone else with me??

This is the workout that I did yesterday, and it helped the time go by so fast!  Plus, it worked my booty really good!

I call it my Candy Corn Burning Workout.  I haven’t had any candy corn yet…. but the week isn’t over!  ;)

I’m definitely with you on disliking the treadmill! It snowed here over the weekend so I’ve had to start taking my walks inside as well, but I love the idea of adding some incline intervals, and even more so because 20 minutes is about all I can handle before my attention starts to wander.

20 min is all I can do too! I like this b/c I’m constantly hitting buttons which makes it go faster! lol

I love the treadmill if I have the tv on, then I don’t focus on what I’m doing :)

This looks like a good one! I might just have to try it out today. ;) We’re having an event at church, and Cody is going to be a farmer and I’m going to be the farmer’s wife. Creative, I know. Haha. Favorite Halloween candy would have to be Reese’s PB Cups!

OK, I just love staring at your graphic for your workout! LOL. I love Halloween. Anyway, I don’t think I am dressing up this year, but when I have had the occasion I do love it.

The entire Sandy situation has me stressed and I don’t even live on the east coast and have never been in a hurricane or system like that. Strong weather is scary stuff.

Cute workout! I’m on Long Island and hosting my friends who were evacuated from the shore. We finally got power back- but the city and a lot of the shore towns are destroyed :( So.. We are spending the day inside making lots of food and eating it :)

We must be on the same page. I made a treadmill incline workout today too that I’m posting this weekend! ;)

And as for Halloween, I’m not dressing up but I thought about dressing up as a Starbucks barista at my non-Starbucks coffee shop but I fear no one else would find it NEARLY as funny as I do. ha!

I was glued to the TV yesterday watching the storm! We’ve only gotten wind,rain and cold temperatures, but I think that it might snow tonight! They’re saying that tomorrow’s going to be one of the coldest Halloweens in years. It’s crazy how many states Sandy is affecting!

hehe…love the name for that workout! yea, treadmill running can turn into dreadmill running if you don’t mix up the pace or incline…it def helps beat the boredom! :)

Aww, I love your little graphic! Pic Monkey is the best! :D And this routine definitely looks like a burner!

I don’t mind the treadmill much, but when I was more into running, I could never do more than 5 miles on one…after that point I just wanted to bang my head against the display! Lol

No dressing up for me…though I DO plan on wearing my fun Halloween scrub top to work…so I guess I’m going as a CAT scan tech! ;)

Not a big candy person, but it’s rare that I will turn down a Reeses!

Love that tm workout! I’m going to save that one. I really don’t mind the tm too much. The most I’ve done on it is 8 miles, not sure if I could do more than that though! I LOVE candy. But I don’t have any in my house, and won’t be handing any out, so it shouldn’t be a temptation for me!
