What a fun weekend friends!
I’m so glad that I got to meet so many of you in “real life” this weekend. I wish I could reach out and give a hug collective hug to everyone!!
These girls are amazing. Honestly, I don’t know how they always pull off such an amazing weekend!
Per usual, we had a ton of amazing sponsors at Blend! I about died when I found out Silk was going to be our main sponsor this year! Holy yum!
I was so honored to be able to represent Musselman’s Applesauce at Blend this year!
They are such a great company to work with, and I was so excited to share the Big Cup love around.
So that I don’t make this too terribly long, I’m going to break it up into a couple of posts so that it is easier for me… and you!
Friday, I flew from Louisville to Phoenix where the lovely Ashley was!
How fun is it that we got to fly the last little bit together?? I don’t think we ever stopped talking all weekend. I’m pretty sure she is my long lost sister.
I have talked before how I have made so many deep friendships through blogging, but it makes it so much better when you can talk in person!
Annette and Lily picked us up at the airport and hung out with us that afternoon.
I loved snuggling Lily!
Lily made me miss Baby D so much! Thank goodness for FaceTime!
That night, we got all jazzed up for cocktail time and dinner together.
Honestly, I think this is one of my favorite times, because we are all together like one big happy family. 😉
Plus, I got to hand out love from Musselman’s Applesauce to everyone.
Saturday morning, we were up for bootcamp with Onnit!
Orlando from Onnit lead us through a really fun but rough workout. At the end, we were challenged to see who could hold a plank the longest. The last 3 people standing got a $100 giftcard to Onnit!
You had better believe I was going for that…. and I GOT IT! Can you believe that three of us held over a 6 minute plank?!?? I have never done that before… nor will I try again. 😉 It was SO worth the $100 though!
After that workout, I needed and shared my Cocogo with everyone! Electrolytes were needed!
The hike was gorgeous! I’m used to the Smoky Mountains, so this scenery is unlike anything I’m used to.
For Joel to be a celebrity trainer, he is super down to earth!
He gave me his workout DVD You Raising Your Child to do with Baby D! I can’t wait to try it out!
That was only half the day on Saturday!
They keep it fun filled at Blend. I love that Blend isn’t a “blogger conference”. It is bloggers and non bloggers who just come together and hang out. We do fun stuff, get to know each other, and build strong friendships.
Tomorrow, we will talk food! ‘Cause you can’t get bloggers together without food!
Have you been to a blogger conference or retreat?
What retreat or conference do you want to go to?
Blogger you most want to have lunch with?
