This Wednesday is a bit different. Since I was packing and traveling yesterday, no What I Ate Wednesday today.
My friends over at Bestowed offered to let me review the November box. Of course I couldn’t turn it down.
I love Bestowed because their founder, Heather Bauer, is a registered dietician. She founded Bestowed to offer people a way to sample, discover, and shop about awesome new products on the market. I also love all the brands that they team up with.
Onto my box…
Wild Garden Hummus was the first thing that caught my eye!
This is the first hummus I ever tried, and it takes me back to Luvy and my’s early dating years.
This box was really perfect for Luvy. Since he is running his half marathon this weekend, this box couldn’t have come at a better time.
He really liked the Quest Bar. He said it tasted like fudge.
Skratch Labs hydration drink was really perfect for his runs. In fact, I saved one for his marathon!
Luvy likes a chocolate smoothie when he finishes his runs, so the Zico Chocolate coconut water was perfect to rehydrate him. Plus, it added a great chocolate flavor to his smoothie.
Eat Green Tea was perfect in both of our smoothies.
You can get 100 times more the antioxidants from the edible green tea than brewed green tea.
I also have been putting the Salba Chia in my smoothies.
Luvy made quick work of the Crunchmaster Multi-Seed Crackers. He said they were a bit too salty, but with hummus or cheese they were perfect.
I love getting my Bestowed boxes, because it lets me try a lot of different things at once!
You all might realize that I’m much later posting than usual.
Luvy and I drove home from KY to TN last night. About 10 cars ahead of us, there was a terrible wreck.
We couldn’t tell exactly what was going on, but we could tell it was bad.
The wreck ended up closing I-75 south for 3 hours! We were supposed to get home at 11pm, but we didn’t make it until 2:30am.
No matter the time, we are just thankful to be alive and safe.
Please pray for these families and their loved ones!
All of you traveling, please be safe!
What are your plans for Thanksgiving?
Have you every tried any of these products from the Bestowed box?
