Baby Girl is already 2 months old!!
I don’t know how that is even possible. I mean, it seems like Baby D was 2 months old just yesterday. Go ahead… look back. He was so tiny. How did he get so big?? Let’s just stop time right now. Except, I would like both of my babies potty trained. Let’s go with that. We can potty train and have them talking and thinking we are the coolest parents ever and then freeze time. Deal?
New this month: She follows us with her eyes. She was much quicker to recognize our voices than Baby D was. I am guessing it is because she heard our voices for 9 months in the womb. She also doesn’t seem phased by Baby D’s very enthusiastic noises and screams. Ha!
She is very snuggly.
Likes: Being snuggled and held, nursing, her big brother, sitting up
Dislikes: being hungry, daytime naps without being held, laying flat, and getting out of the bath
It is crazy how different our babies are. Baby D loved his paci (and still does) and loved napping all day. Of course, he was up all night. Baby Girl is not a fan of the paci, but she doesn’t nap well during the day. She does much better at night!
One thing is for sure though, they both love each other. Baby D wants to protect sissy, and he can’t stand when she is upset.
These two have me wrapped around their little fingers… just don’t tell them. I don’t want them to know I’m such a softy. 😉
