Happy What I Ate Wednesday!
Anywho, it’s not about that… today it’s about the food.
Yesterday was like an amazing food day… such much good food!!
Quick green smoothie made with a new to me protein powder.
Twin Labs sent me this protein, and I love it! It is so not made with any funny stuff, and it is so creamy!
Baby Delight and I went to lunch with a friend of mine at Simply Thai! We split the Amazing Sea bass, and it was exactly that…amazing! I think it is the best dish I have ever gotten there.
The company was even better. Doris and I met at the faculty wives club where Luvy teaches. I can’t get enough of her!!
She is such a blessing to me, and I felt so refreshed after our lunch. God really blessed me by putting her in my life!
I think I need a better food processor…..
Eggplants were $1 at Kroger so I made Emily’s Indian Lentils with Spinach and Eggplant.
and… I totally forgot the spinach. Whoops.
An apple with my nut butter…. and a couple more spoonfuls of nut butter for good measure! 😉
